Seamless PU vs. regular clip-in: what is the difference?

Our clip-ins are seamless PU clip-ins, also known as invisible clip-ins or seamless clip-ins. The hair is not attached to a stitched weft, but to an ultra-thin, flat PU band that lies flush against your head.

Seamless PU is harder and more expensive to make than a stitched weft. In return, you get a result that truly blends seamlessly into your own hair.

What is an invisible clip-in?

An invisible clip-in is another name for a seamless PU clip-in: the hair is attached to an ultra-thin, flat PU band instead of a stitched weft. That makes the root invisible and you feel no bump.

How much does the Super Glam Set in balayage cost?

What is the difference between the 320g and 250g set?

The 320g set gives maximum volume for a dramatic statement look. The 250g set still gives plenty of volume, but is slightly lighter, which makes it lovely for everyday wear.

Are the balayage, piano and ombré shades suitable for my hair colour?

Thanks to the colour melt, they blend beautifully with hair that has highlights, lighter ends or multiple tones. Not sure about the right match? Are the grey shades in stock?

No, grey shades such as #Grey/60 and #T18D/18D/60B are always custom-made for you.

Who is the Super Glam Set for?

Especially for thick natural hair: with 250g or 320g, the extensions do not get lost in your own hair. For fine or medium hair, a 160g or 200g set is often enough. Find more help in How many grams of extensions do I need?

How do I apply the clip-in extensions?

Section your hair into layers, clip the extensions in from bottom to top and blend them into your own hair with a brush. Done in about 5 minutes, no experience needed.

How long do the extensions last?

With proper care, Premium Remy human hair lasts an average of 9 to 12 months.

Can I dye or style the extensions?

You can style them with a straightener or curling iron up to a maximum of 150 °C, always with heat protection. Dyeing or toning is also possible, but always at your own risk: the hair has already been treated with dye, so the colour may turn out differently.

Care & lifespan

Wash after approx. 15 wears (or sooner if needed) with a sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner. Detangle from the ends, ideally with the BB Detangling Comb. Leave to dry flat and always use heat protection (maximum 150 °C). Do not sleep in them, do not wear them wet, and avoid chlorinated or salt water. Store detangled in the packaging or a satin bag. Open the clips before removing. Premium Remy lifespan: an average of 9–12 months, depending on use and care. Virgin clip-ins on request (custom-made).
